Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TriTriSim website, purchasing products (including "Founder's Edition", "GFX", or "TFX"), or downloading our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Founder's Edition & Early Access

Alpha/Beta Software: Products labeled as "Alpha", "Beta", or "Early Access" (including GFX Airliner and TFX) are in development. They may contain bugs, incomplete features, or performance issues. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the software is provided "AS IS" and may change significantly.

Lifetime Access: "Founder's Edition" grants the license holder access to current and future TriTriSim products as specified on the product page. This license is non-transferable and tied to your user account.

Roadmap: Development roadmaps are estimated goals, not guarantees. Features and timelines may shift based on technical challenges.

3. License & Intellectual Property

TriTriSim grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the software.
• You may not use TriTriSim assets (textures, models, code) in other projects without explicit permission. (Except Open-Source Projects)

4. Payments & Refunds

Merchant of Record: Payments are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as our Merchant of Record.

Refund Policy:

• Founder's Edition: Refundable within 7 days of purchase. To prevent abuse of the limited slots, refunds may result in a permanent ban from purchasing future Founder's tiers.
• Standard Products: Refundable within 14 days if the product is technically unusable on your system and support cannot resolve the issue.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:

• Harassing developers or community members on Discord.
• Distributing pirated copies of our software.
• Using automated scripts to purchase limited slots.

Violation of these terms may result in the termination of your license and ban from our services without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriTriSim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our software (e.g., simulator crashes, data loss). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
