  • License Fulfillment: Verifying your purchase to grant access to GFX/TFX downloads.
  • Support: Responding to your inquiries via email or Discord.
  • Product Updates: Sending critical update notifications (opt-out available).
  • Security: Preventing piracy and unauthorized account access.

3. Third-Party Processors

We rely on trusted third-party services to operate. Your data may be processed by:

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication, Database hosting & Website Hosting (USA).
  • Lemon Squeezy / Stripe: Payment processing & Merchant of Record (USA/Global).
  • Resend: Transactional emails.

We retain your account data as long as your account is active to provide lifetime product access. You may request full account deletion by emailing privacy@tritrisim.com. Note that deletion will result in the loss of all purchased licenses.
